Service Description

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your reservation time to check in. We start all reservations on the hour, with cleaning done in between each group, so we can start each group promptly at their reserved time. Please remove your shoes when you arrive to help us maintain the cleanliness of our cat lounge. Remember to bring your socks!

Cancellation Policy

No refund will be provided for any reservations (individual or private reservation). Reschedule reservation can be accommodated 24 hours prior to the time of reservation. Please wear or bring socks to enter our cat lounge.
